Jen, a Certified Director of Operations, saw a need within the creative industry for more systems and processes for a happier life in terms of work and personal time.
This came into focus when she lost her husband in October of 2018 when she had to run her wedding planning business and process what she had been through. After this tragedy, she made it her mission to help creatives build streamlined workflows, processes, and procedures to grow their business and spend their time on what they love most — their craft, family, and life.
